Masthope Community is a full amenity 4 season community that included the following:

Ski-Big Bear Ski area, beautiful year round lodge with game room Sports Bar, fine dining restaurant, cafeteria style restaurant, plus an outdoor Tiki Bar by the 2 pool complexes. A indoor snack bar at the beach area by the lake.

Marina with row boats, paddle boats, kayaks and paddle boards.

Beach area at the lake has a kids playground, volley ball, picnic area, pavilion and fishing pier.

Stables with small animal petting area, fitness center, mini golf, bocci ball, shuffleboard and a 2 acre Delaware River Park on the Delaware River.

Traveler acknowledges they will be asked to complete a Masthope admin form sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID with home address.

Masthope has a short term rental policy that states there is a $10 per day per pass fee to use the amenities based on the number of days you want to use the amenities. The Masthope community allows a maximum of 12 passes per house based on the number of people the township permit allows. There is no pass fee for rentals 30 days or longer.

TRAVELER MUST CONTACT RUSS KLINE TO PROVIDE HIM WITH CELL NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS SO HE CAN GET RENTAL PAPERWORK TO YOU.

THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM, 3 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS

This is a pet free home.

All garbage must be taken to community dumpster.

Do not flush sanitary products of any kind including FLUSHABLE wet wipes down the toilet.
