Masthope is a full amenity 4 season community that included the following:

Beautiful year round lodge & full service ski mountain Ski-Big Bear.
Lodge has a sports bar, fine dining restaurant, cafeteria style restaurant, an outside Tiki Bar area by the 2 pool complexes plus an indoor snack bar at the beach by the lake.
Marina with row boats, paddle boats, paddle boards & kayaks.
Beach area has a children’s playground, volleyball, picnic area, pavilion & fishing pier.
Stables for trail rides. indoor & outdoor arena’s as well as a small animal petting area.
Outside at the lodge by the 2 pool complex’s is mini golf. bocci ball, shuffle board & another children’s playground.
Fitness Center
2 acre Delaware River Park on the Delaware River.

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed, TV
Master Bath: Jacuzzi plus shower stall

Upper level:
BR # 2 bunk beds W/single on top double on bottom plus a queen bed & TV
BR # 3 Queen & full beds
Loft area: Queen futon
Full bath opens to loft & 1 of the Bedrooms

Lower level:

Pool table with ping pong topper, video game, small bar, couch & TV

Misc:

Wrap around deck table W/6 chairs & propane grill.

HOUSE RULES:

1) Traveler acknowledges they will be asked to complete a Masthope admin form, sign a completed rental agreement & provide a copy of photo ID with home address.
2) The Masthope Community has a short term rental policy that states there is a $10 per pass per day fee bases on the number of days you want to use the amenities. The Masthope community allows a maximum of 12 passes per house based on the number of people the township permit allows. There is no pass fee for rentals 30 days or longer.
3) Garage if accessible is not to be used for motorized vehicles of any kind.
4) All garbage must be taken to the community dumpster or a $25 per bag fee will be charged. Get dumpster hours when getting passes at the Masthope Office.
5) The burning of candles of any kind except birthday cake candles is prohibited .
6) This is a NON-SMOKING home. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If you smoke outside the home PLEASE DO NOT throw butts on the ground.
7) There is a 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum during holiday periods.
8) Linens & towels are NOT PROVIDED.
9) DO NOT flush sanitary products of any kind including flushable wet wipes down the toilet as they may jam the sewer grinder pump which may lead to a costly expense to you.
