Masthope is a full amenity community that includes the following: 2 night minimum stay is required.

Beautiful 4 season lodge with sports bar, fine dining restaurant, cafeteria style restaurant plus an outside Tiki Bar dining area by the 2 pool complexes as well as an indoor snack bar at the the beach by the lake.

Marina with row boats, paddle boats and canoes.

Beach at the lake with playground, picnic area and pavilion.

Volley ball courts at the beach & the lodge area.

Stables with small animal petting area.

Fitness Center

Mini Golf

2 acre Delaware River Park on the Delaware River.

Bocci ball & shuffle boars courts.

Game Room in the lodge.

HOUSE RULES:
Traveler acknowledges they will be asked to complete a Masthope admin form, sign a rental agreement & provide a copy of photo ID with home address.
Masthope community has a short term rental policy that states there is $10 per pass per day fee based on the number days you want to use the amenities. The Masthope community allows a maximum of 12 passes per house based on the number of people the township permit allows. There is no pass fee for rentals 30 days or longer.

Garage if accessible is not to be used for motorized vehicles of any kind.

All garbage must be taken to the community dumpster or a $25 per bag fee will be charged. Get the dumpster hours when getting your passes from the Masthope office.

The burning of candles other than birthday cake candles is prohibited.

This is a smoke free home, smoking of any kind is prohibited. If you smoke outside the home please do not throw your butts on the ground.

There is a 3 night minimum during holiday periods.

Linens & towels are NOT provided though a linen service is offered for a $300 up-charge.

Do not flush sanitary products of any kind including flushable wet wipes down the toilet as they may jam the sewer grinder pump which may lead to a costly expense to you.
