Masthope is full amenity community with the following amenities:

Beautiful 4 season lodge with sports bar, fine dining restaurant, cafeteria style restaurant plus an outside Tiki Bar dining area by the 2 pool complexes as well as an indoor snack bar at the beach.

Marina with rowboats, paddle boats and canoes.

Sandy beach at the lake with playground, volleyball court, picnic area and pavilion.

Stables with small animal petting area.

Fitness center

Mini Golf

2 acre Delaware River Park on the Delaware River.

Bocci Ball & shuffle board courts.

Game Room in the lodge.

Travelers acknowledge they will be asked to complete a Masthope admin form, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID with home address.

Masthope has a short term rental policy that states there is a $8 per pass per day fee based on the number of days you want to use the amenities. The Masthope Community allows a maximum of 12 passes per house based on the number of people the township permit allows.

Short term rentals are not allowed to use the Masthope amenities during the 4th of July holiday.

HOUSE RULES:

Garage if accessible is not to be used for motorized vehicles of any kind.

All garbage must be taken to the community dumpster or a $25 per bag fee will be charged. Get the dumpster hours when getting passes at the Masthope office.

The burning of candles other than birthday cakes candles is prohibited.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If you smoke outside the home please do not throw butts on the ground.

There is a 3 night minimum during holiday periods.

Linens & towels are NOT provided though there is a linen service offers for a $300 up-charge.

Do not flush sanitary products of any kind including flushable wet wipes down the toilet as they may jam the sewer grinder pump which may lead to a costly expense to you.
