Masthope is a full amenity community that includes the following:

Beautiful 4 season lodge with sports bar, a fine dining restaurant, cafeteria style restaurant plus an outside Tiki Bar dining area by the 2 pool complexes as well as an indoor snack bar at the beach.

Marina with rowboats, paddle boats and canoes.

Beach at the lake with playground, picnic area & pavilion.

Volley ball courts at the beach and lodge area.

Stables, with a small animal petting area.

Fitness center

Mini golf

2 acre Delaware River Park on the Delaware River

Traveler Acknowledges that they will be asked to complete a Masthope admin form, sign a rental agreement & provide a copy of a photo ID with home address.

The Masthope community has a short term rental policy that states there is a $8 per pass per day fee based on the the number of days you want to use the amenities. The Masthope Community allows a maximum of 12 passes per house based on the number of people the township permit allows. The is no pass fee for rentals 30 days or longer.

HOUSE RULES:

All garbage must be taken to the community dumpster or a $25 per bag fee will be charged. Please get the dumpster hours when getting passes at the Masthope Office.

The burning of candles of any kind is prohibited with the exception of birthday cake candles.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If you smoke outside the home please DO NOT throw butts on the ground.

There is a 3 night minimum during holiday periods.

Linens & towels are NOT provided though a linen service is provided for a $300 up-charge.

Do not flush sanitary products of any kind including flushable wet wipes down the toilet as they may jam the sewer grinder pump which may lead to a costly expense to you.
