House -

Traveler acknowledges they will be asked to complete a Masthope admin form, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of a photo ID with home address.

Masthope community has a short term rental policy that states there is a $8 per pass per day fee based on the number of days you want to use the amenities. The Masthope community allows a maximum 12 passes per house based on the number of people the township permits allows. There is no pass fee for rentals of 30 days days or longer.

Masthope is a full amenity community that includes the following:

Beautiful 4 season lodge with sports bar, fine dining restaurant, cafeteria style restaurant plus an outside Tiki Bar dining area by the 2 pool complexes.

An indoor snack bar at the beach area by the lake.

Marina with row boats, paddle boats and canoes.

Beach area at the lake has a playground, picnic area and pavilion.

Volley ball courts at the beach and lodge area.

Stables with small animal petting area.

Fitness Center

Mini Golf

2 acre Delaware River Park on the Delaware River.

Bocci ball, shuffle board area at the lodge.

Game room in the lodge.

HOUSE RULES:

If garage is accessible it is not to be used for motorized vehicles of any kind.

All garbage must be taken to the community dumpster or a $25 per bag fee will be charged. Get the dumpster hours when getting your passes at the Masthope office.

The burning of candles other than birthday cake candles is prohibited.

This is a non-smoking home, smoking of any kind is prohibited. If you smoke outside the home please do not throw butts on the ground.

There is a 3 night minimum during holiday periods.

Linens and towels are NOT provided though a linen service is offered for a $300 up-charge.

Do not flush sanitary products of any kind including flushable wet wipes down the toilet as they may jam the sewer grinder pump which may lead to a costly expense to you.
