Masthope, Home of Ski-Big Bear, a full amenity community includes the following:
Beautiful four season lodge with Sports Bar, fine dining restaurant, cafeteria style restaurant plus an outside Tiki Bar dining area by the 2 pool complexes as well as a indoor snack bar at the beach area by the lake. Marina with rowboats paddle boats kayaks and paddle boards. Beach area at the lake has a children’s playground, volleyball court, picnic area, pavilion and fishing pier. Volleyball court at the lodge , stables with a small animal petting area, fitness center mini golf, 2 acre Delaware River Park on the Delaware River Bocci Ball, shuffle board and a game room in the lodge.

HOUSE RULES:

Traveler acknowledges they will be asked to complete a Masthope Admin form, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID with home address.
Masthope community has a short term rental policy that states there is a $8 per pass per day fee based on the number of days you want to use the amenities. The Masthope community allows a maximum of 12 passes per house based on the number of people the township permit allows. There is no pass fee for rentals 30 days or longer.

1) Garage if accessible is not to be used for motorized vehicle of any kind.
2) All garbage must be taken to the community dumpster or a $25 per bag fee will be charged. Get the dumpster hours when getting your passes at the Masthope office.
3) The burning of candles of any kind other than birthday cake candles is prohibited.
4) Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If you smoke outside the home please do not throw butts on the ground.
5) There is a 3 night minimum during holiday periods.
6) Linens and towels are NOT provided though a linen service is offered for a $300 up-charge.
7) DO NOT flush sanitary products of any kind including FLUSHABLE wet wipes down the toilet as they may jam the sewer grinder pump which may lead to a costly expense to you.
