HOUSE RULES:

Amenity passes are $8 per pass per day each, based on the number of days you want to use the amenities, you can get up to 12 max per house or up to the maximum number the township permit allows.

Traveler acknowledges that they will be asked to complete a Masthope admin form, sign a rental agreement & provide a copy of a photo ID with a home address.

Garage if accessible is not to be used for motorized vehicles of any kind.

All garbage must be taken to the community dumpster or a $25 per bag will be charged. Get the dumpster hours when getting your passes at the Masthope Office.

The burning of candles of any kind other than birthday cake candles is prohibited.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited or a $500 cleaning deposit will be charged. If you smoke outside please do not throw butts on the ground.

There is a 3 night minimum during holiday periods.

Linens & towels are not provided though a linen service is provided for a $300 up-charge.

Do not flush sanitary products of any kind including “flushable wet wipes” down the toilet as they may jam the grinder pump which may lead to a costly expense to you.
