Masthope is a full amenity 4 season community that includes the following:

Ski-Big Bear full service ski area with year round lodge with game room, Sports Bar, fine dining restaurant, cafeteria style restaurant, Tiki Bar restaurant outside by the 2 pool complexes. Indoor snack bar at the beach area by the lake.

Marina with rowboats, paddle boats, kayaks, & paddle boards.

Beach area has a kids playground, volley ball, picnic area, pavilion & fishing pier.

Stables with small animal petting area, fitness center, mini golf, bocci ball, shuffleboard and a 2 acre Delaware River Park on the Delaware River.

Traveler acknowledges that they will be asked to complete a Masthope admin form, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID with home address.

Masthope has a short term rental policy that states there is a $10 per day per pass fee to use the amenities based on the number of days you want to use the amenities. The Masthope community allows a max of 12 passes per house based on the number of people the township permit allows. There is no pass fee for rentals 30 days or longer.

There is a 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum during holiday periods.

All garbage must be taken to the community dumpster or housekeeping will charge a $25 per bag fee.

Do not flush sanitary products of any kind including FLUSHABLE WET WIPES down the toilet.
