Marina with rowboats, paddle boats, kayaks and paddle boards. Renter Motorized personal watercraft prohibited.
Beach area at the lake has children’s playground, volleyball court, picnic area, pavilion and fishing pier.
Volleyball Court at both the beach and the lodge area.
Stables for horse back riding with a small animal petting area.
Mini golf
2 acre Delaware River Park on the Delaware River.
Bocci Ball, Shuffle Board & an game room in the lodge.

Traveler acknowledges they will be asked to complete a Masthope admin form, sign a rental agreement & provide a copy of photo ID with home address.
The Masthope community has a short term rental policy that states there is a $8 per pass per day fee based on the number of days you want to use the amenities. The Masthope community allows a maximum of 12 passes per house based on the number of people the township permit allows. There is no pass fee for rentals 30 days or longer.

HOUSE RULES:
1) Garage if accessible is not to be used for motorized vehicles of any kind.
2) All garbage must be taken to the community dumpster or a $25 per bag fee will be charged. Get dumpster hours when getting passes at the Masthope POC office.
3) The burning of candles other than birthday cake candles is prohibited.
4) Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If you smoke outside the house please do not throw butts on the ground. The shooting of fireworks is prohibited.
5) There is a 3 night minimum during holiday periods, 2 nights at other times.
6) LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDES THOUGH THERE IS A LINEN SERVICE OFFERED AT A $300 UP-CHARGE.
7) DO NOT flush sanitary products of any kind including flushable wet wipes down the toilet as they may jam the sewer grinder pump which may lead to a costly expense to you.
