Traveler acknowledges they will be asked to complete a Masthope admin form, sign a rental agreement & provide a copy of a photo ID with home address.

Masthope Community has a short term rental policy that states there is a $8 per pass per day fee based on the number of days you want to use the amenities. The Masthope Community allows a maximum of 12 passes per house based on the number of people the township permit allows. There is no pass fee for rental 30 days or longer.

HOUSE RULES:

Garage if accessible is not to be used for motorized vehicles of any kind.

All garbage must be taken to the community dumpster or a fee of $25 per bag will be charged. Get dumpster hours when getting passes at the Masthope office.

The burning of candles other than birthday cake candles is prohibited.

This is a non-smoking home, smoking of any kid is prohibited. If you smoke outside the home please do not throw butts on the ground.

There is a 3 night minimum during holiday periods.

Linens and towels are not provided though a linen service is offered for a $300 up-charge.

DO NOT throw sanitary products of any kind including FLUSHABLE wet wipes down the toilet as they may jam the sewer grinder pump which may lead to a costly expense to you.
